Conditions for shopping at Studio Fagerstedt.
To make a purchase via the online store, you must accept the terms of use. By accepting the terms, you accept the terms as a whole and you agree that you have read the information about the privacy policy, personal data and cookies. A purchase agreement is concluded when we have confirmed your order.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order. You can cancel your order until it changes status to "Your order is being prepared". See order status in "My Account". If the order is canceled, your money will be sent back the same way it came to us. That is, the money is sent to the payment card used for the order, alternatively PayPal account/Swish/Bankgiro. Expect it to take up to 1 week before the refund is ready. This is due to delays with banks or, where applicable, PayPal.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you should inform us immediately.
Your right to cancel a purchase is valid for 14 days from the day you received the item. You have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
In case of cancellation, you pay the return shipping. Return shipping is always paid by the customer unless the description of the item ordered does not correspond to the item.
The goods must be well packed, in good condition and preferably in the original box.
Once you have canceled your purchase, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded. Our extra costs for shipping, if you have chosen not to use our standard delivery option, are non-refundable.
The amount refunded to you will be paid to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation agreement has been agreed upon has been received. We can withhold compensation until we have received the goods or until you have shown that the goods have been sent to us.

About fees and VAT
All prices in the webshop include VAT. The prices are taxable according to Swedish rules. Companies and institutions are presented with prices without VAT if they register their VAT number in their customer account. For companies and institutions with VAT within the EU, outside of Sweden, VAT will not be charged at all if a real VAT registration number is registered.

We accept secure payment by VISA or MasterCard or your PayPal account for all customers. All payments are made via PayPal.
If you need a personal invoice or a receipt, contact us via the contact link. You must be accepted by us for invoice payments. This is normally an option for companies and institutions. If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice to your email account after your order. Payment credit for invoice payment is 10 days, no invoice fee is added. After 10 days late payment interest of xx% is added.
Our Obligations for Delivery Delays
You have the right to cancel your purchase if long order delays occur. The agreement should be terminated by written notice to us.
Refund of the purchase price will be paid no later than 30 days after the notice is received.

Customers who wish to claim a fault in a product should contact us as soon as possible after discovering the error using the contact form.
A complaint about an error must be made immediately after you discover the error. We strongly recommend our customers to open and check the goods immediately after receiving it without delay. You should carefully examine the product to ensure that it is flawless and meets your expectations. You can make a complaint within two weeks after receiving the delivery.
If a shipping damage occurs, please contact us immediately after receiving the item. Shipping costs are refunded for approved claims.
Once we have received a returned defective product and your complaint has been accepted by us, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint. We reserve the right to deny a claim if it appears that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
